Here is an opportunity to get trained in Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEM) and Email Marketing. Participants will get an opportunity to learn about Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) which is a methodology of marketing techniques used to increase the number of visitors to a website by obtaining a high ranking placement in the search results page of a search engine.

This module introduces the principles of SEO, demonstrates how to implement these techniques and get a website to achieve a high ranking on Google, Yahoo, Bing and other search engines.

In the social media marketing training, Students are made aware of challenges of implementing an effective Social Media strategy for businesses, the importance of listening as the critical starting point, using analytics to accurately measure social media campaign and the evaluation of budgetary spend against baseline expectations. As with other modules, privacy and data protection issues associated with social media marketing are brought to the attention of participants.

We know that Email Marketing continues to be an effective consumer communications tool in Digital Marketing despite the challenges of deliverability, inbox stand-out and list member dormancy.

The Email Marketing module will teach participants to drive open rate, engagement rate and conversion rate. The Email Marketing module teaches the practicalities behind an effective email marketing campaign. It clearly explains how permission-based email marketing plays an important role in Digital Marketing to increase consumer reach and sales, email copywriting, email deliverability, testing of email campaigns and provides insights into data protection considerations. Come and learn how to run successful campaigns and gain conversions through these tools.

Email Marketing: Thursday 21st April, 2016, Time: 2pm- 6pm, Training fee: N30,000 per participant
Social Media Marketing: Friday 22nd April 2016, Time: 2pm –6 pm Training Fee: N40,000 per participant
Search Engine Marketing: Saturday 23rd April 2016, Time: 10am- 4pm. Training fee: N40,000 per participant.
