As many have pointed out since Neymar scored the winning penalty for Brazil against Germany at the Maracana, the Barcelona superstar has done something some of the true greats from his country failed to achieve.
Winning Olympic Gold in men’s football became something of an obsession for Brazil, despite the fact they have won the World Cup no less than five times.
The likes of Pele, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho and many others failed to achieve what Neymar did last night, as this excellent cartoon from Eurosport proves.
The Barcelona superstar also added to his wide array of tattoos with a Rio 2016 marking on his wrist.
