A new-born baby has been awarded free tickets for life on Burak Air. This came after his mother gave birth while she was still aboard the airline.
The Mother was flying from Tripoli, the Libyan capital to Niamey, the capital of Niger. She then went into labor according to Amir Abu Sin, an employee of Burak Air.
Burak Air is an airline based in Tripoli which flies within Libya and to other destinations in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. The airline announced the gift on their Facebook page in celebration of the birth.
The Mother named the bouncing baby boy Abdul Baset, after the plane’s captain. This was as recognition of the efforts the entire cabin crew put in the successful delivery.
This isn’t the first child born on a plane in the last month as on August 14, a girl named Haven was born while her mom was on a flight from Dubai to Manila. As a result, Haven was gifted 1 million air miles from Philippines airline, Cebu Pacific.
