Prosecutors Drop Charges Against Desiigner, They Say That They Never Found A Gun And Drugs Were Legal… Sounds Suspicious!

Yesterday there were multiple reports saying that rapper DESIIGNER was arrested after police found guns and drugs in his car. The reports ALSO said that a man was claiming that Desiigner pulled a gun on him.

Well it turns out the police NEVER found a gun in the car – and that the “drugs” that they found – were just a couple of XANEX bars in the glove compartment. And it appears that someone had a PRESCRIPTION for the pills.

Here is how TMZ is reporting it:

Law enforcement tells TMZ, they cased the SUV in which the “Panda” rapper was a passenger, but found no gun. The arrest for felony possession of a loaded gun was based on what the driver of another car told cops, but the D.A. clearly felt that wasn’t enough.

The D.A. has also dropped the charge of felony possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell.

Prosecutors are expected to drop the remaining charges shortly.
